What does it mean to be home and yet not home? E4TT explores that duality musically with Shostakovich's From Jewish Folk Poetry (selections, sung in the poetry's original Yiddish) and the world premiere of Skazka,twisted Russian folktales reinterpreted by emerging composer Alex Malinas, in dialogue with new music by Andrea Casarrubios, Stella G. Gitelman Willoughby, David Garner AND a World Premiere by Mary Bianco.
